Current Lab customers swept the podium in the 2024 Newport to Bermuda Race, taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the 99 boat St. David’s Lighthouse Division. The NOAA RTOFS model severely misjudged the position of Gulf Stream rings.

We definitely sailed a ‘current’ biased race strategy and for the most part the direction and strength were very good. Even the circulations south of the stream were generally correct with some minor differences compared to what I have experienced in the past.”
